  • Internet Explorer 6 and later, though 6 has reported slowdown issues. We recommend upgrading to Internet Explorer 7 at Microsoft's web page.
  • Firefox 3.0 and later on Macintosh, and later on other operating systems
  • Safari 3.0.4 and later
  • Opera 9.24 and later

Trouble loading the survey images? We distribute surveys as PDF documents. If you are having issues, try following these steps to help troubleshoot:

If you are unable to view PDFs at this time, readers are available here:

  • Windows: The latest version of Adobe PDF reader can be found at Adobe's web site.

    Get Adobe Reader

  • Mac OS X: The built-in "Preview" and "Safari" applications allow PDF reading.

  • Linux: We recommend running this query through a search engine, without double quotes: "view pdf in [Your distribution's name]". This issue is difficult to troubleshoot for all Linux distributions in under two sentences.

If in Windows, after installing the PDF reader, you are still unable to view the survey results from Paper Trail because of this screen (note the Type):

Then choose to Open this "asp" file, with Adobe Reader.
