If you wish to access the detailed Paper Trail document reports and surveys, you will need a subscription. There are two ways to get one.


Access to Paper Trail is free to OCTA members.
OCTA members must first use the form below to create an account. Once created, the subscription must be activated using the subscription codes provided to you by OCTA via e-mail or as posted in "News From the Plains." You can also call them at (816) 252-2276.

Individual subscriptions can be purchased at the following rates:
  • 24 hours - $10.95
  • 1 month - $19.95
  • 1 year - $75

The first step is to register an account. Please do not register if you do not wish to subscribe as an OCTA member or through a payment.



Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number.
